What do I need to get started?

Our rotating schedule and shared account management allow us to work every single day of the year and still enjoy some time away too. Is there a contract with SellerSmile services?
At the end of your free trial, we’ll ask you to review and sign a service agreement which clearly communicates the details and cost of your service. However, there’s no obligation and you can cancel or change your plan at any time.
Does SellerSmile need access to my Seller Central account?
If SellerSmile will be providing Amazon coverage, we will need access to manage specific areas within your Seller Central account. We provide you with instructions for how to grant us the necessary access via Seller Central’s User Permissions page. We only request access for absolute necessities to serve your Amazon buyers and the permissions can be revoked at any time.
How will SellerSmile communicate with me about updates?
We have a variety of ways we can stay in touch with each other, including e-mail, Skype, Gchat, Slack, Google Hangouts, Zoom, or phone, and we like to be as flexible as possible. Your contact preferences will be gathered during your onboarding.
Do you offer a low volume discount if I get very few messages per month?
If your business receives less than 3-5 messages per day, SellerSmile can offer a low volume discount on your monthly subscription. Does SellerSmile offer phone support?
No, SellerSmile offers email/text/chat support only.

What is an interaction / How is my volume determined?
An interaction is defined as a customer communication that requires an action, including email replies or important notifications. Spam and messages that do not require a response are not counted as interactions. Your SellerSmile subscription would include an allotted threshold of interactions per day.
Do you offer support for my reviews and feedback?
Yes! Our Reputation Management services include management or monitoring for your reviews and feedback, any public forum, really.
