SellerSmile’s goal is to be customer-obsessed, taking inspiration from Amazon’s leadership principle.

Initially titled “Keep Smiling – The E-commerce Customer Experience,” the podcast may undergo changes in response to similar titles in the field. A potential name change is on the horizon, aligning with the evolving nature of the podcast. Regardless, the essence of “Keep Smiling” remains intact, reflecting SellerSmile’s commitment to infuse happiness and light-heartedness into customer service discussions.
Our Co-Founder’s next journey
In late 2023, a significant development occurred as Tygh purchased his co-founder’s interest, signaling a shift in SellerSmile’s leadership. The transition took about a year and presented its challenges, but the outcome is a renewed dedication to offering premium customer service to e-commerce brands.
